BACKGROUND: North 7th Street
between Franklin and Grace streets will be closed while a crane operates at the
Verizon building at 700 E. Grace St. The sidewalk along the west side of 7th
Street will remain open to pedestrians. Traffic control signage will be posted.

The
City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is one of only 146 accredited
