WHERE: Forest Hill Avenue from Hathaway Road to Powhite Parkway
BACKGROUND: The area will experience intermittent lane closures during
construction of the Forest Hill Avenue Improvement Plan. Project improvements
include: the installation of sidewalks, curb and gutter, medians, landscaping,
traffic signals, paving and pavement markings. Drivers are encouraged to follow
all construction signs within the construction zone.

The
