WHERE: North 9th Street between Broad and Grace streets
BACKGROUND: There will be two lanes of traffic closed along North 9th Street
between Grace and Broad streets to allow subsurface borings for the construction
of the new General Assembly Building at 201 North 9th Street. Please
drive carefully and follow the road signs.

The
