                       Street Closure – East Main Street

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN: The closure times are:

·        10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday July 9 through Wednesday, July 11

·        4 p.m. Thursday, July 12 through noon Friday, July 13

WHERE: East Main Street between 15^th and 18^th Streets  

BACKGROUND: The area will be closed while CSX Railroad works to repair a section of the overhead trestle. Motorists and pedestrians are cautioned against walking beneath the overhead work zone in the event equipment or debris should fall. All parking lots in the vicinity will remain open.
