                       Street Closure – Ramp from Semmes Avenue onto Manchester Bridge

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Wednesday, March 28 and Thursday, March 29 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

WHERE: Ramp from Semmes Avenue onto the Manchester Bridge

BACKGROUND: The northbound ramp of the aforementioned area will be closed to perform a mandatory bridge inspection.  Please observe the work zone signage and follow the detour signs.
