                        Lane Closure – Westmoreland Street

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Monday, November 27 through Wednesday, December 6 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.  

WHERE:   Westmoreland Street between Broad Street and Patterson Avenue

BACKGROUND:  There will be alternating lane closures in the aforementioned area for paving. Please follow the road signs.
