                       Lane Closure – East Franklin Street

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Friday, June 30 through Wednesday, August 30, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

WHERE:  East Franklin Street between 14^th and 15^th streets

BACKGROUND: The parking lane will be closed to install conduits, pedestrian lighting, tree wells and sidewalk upgrades. Please use caution and follow the road signs.
