                        Street Closure – 4^th Street between Decatur and Hull streets  

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Thursday, July 21 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.  

WHERE:  4^th Street between Decatur and Hull streets

BACKGROUND: 4^th Street between Decatur and Hull streets will be closed to install a HVAC system on the roof of a building.  Motorists are urged to follow the detour signage.
