WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN Tuesday, September 22 – Thursday, September 24 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

WHERE:  2700 Garland Avenue between West Norwood Avenue and West Hooper Street

BACKGROUND:  Barricading the sidewalk and curb lane on Garland Avenue between West Norwood Avenue and West Hooper Street to operate a rubber tire crane to install telecommunication equipment in the temple at Garland Avenue Baptist Church.
