                        Street Closure – Franklin Street between 8th and 9th streets

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Saturday, August 1 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

WHERE:  Franklin Street between 8th and 9th streets

BACKGROUND:  The street will be closed while a crane places machinery and building materials on the roof of 400 North 8th Street. Motorist are urged to follow the detour signage.
