WHEN:  Tuesday, June 2 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

WHERE:  North 4^th Street from 3rd St/I-95 ramp to I-64 (E.B. overhead) ramp

BACKGROUND:  The northbound lanes will be closed while planters are installed on the median.
