Harrison Street between Grace Street and Franklin Street will be closed for approximately three weeks beginning Tuesday, April 28.
City of Richmond Department of Public Utilities will be working to install new drainage inlets and pipe to reduce the frequency and severity of flooding that occurs at that intersection after moderate to severe rain events.
Detours will be in place and through traffic will be allowed during this work.
