                  Lane Closure – East Broad Street

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Monday, August 18, 2014 through Thursday, January 1, 2015

WHERE: The following areas will be impacted by the lane closures:

·         East Broad Street between 10^th Street and 11^th Street

·         10^th Street between Marshall Street and East Broad Street

BACKGROUND:  Additional lanes will be closed in the aforementioned areas as construction continues on the new Children’s Hospital of Richmond Pavilion. The left parking lane already is closed.  On Monday the left thru lane will close. The center lane will become the left turning lane.  The right parking lane will open to thru traffic for right turns, thus eliminating parking in that area.  The bus stop on 10^th Street near Marshall Street will remain intact.
