WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHERE:  South Crenshaw Avenue between Ellwood Avenue and West Cary Street

WHEN:  Monday, March 3 through Thursday, March 20, 9 a.m. To 4 p.m.

BACKGROUND:  The aforementioned area will be closed to allow for installation of curb extensions, crosswalks, wheelchair ramps, pavement markings and a new drainage system.
