WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closures

WHERE:  Byrd Street between 9^th Street and Belvidere Street

WHEN:  Tuesday, October 29 through Tuesday, November 12, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

BACKGROUND:  There will be intermittent lane closures and limited access to travel lanes in the aforementioned area to allow for paving.
