WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Monday, September 30 through Wednesday, October 2, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

WHERE:  West Franklin Street from Stuart Circle to Belvidere Street

BACKGROUND:  The aforementioned area will be closed to allow for road paving preparations.
