WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Monday, July 8 through Friday, July 12

WHERE:  Mosby Street between O Street and R Street

BACKGROUND:  The aforementioned area will be closed for five days to allow for installation of a sewer.
