WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Tuesday, January 22, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

WHERE:  Patterson Avenue between Westmoreland Street and Commonwealth Avenue 

BACKGROUND:  Patterson Avenue between Westmoreland Street and Commonwealth Avenue will be closed during the installation of a sanitary sewer connection at 4516 ½ Patterson Avenue.
