WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Monday, October 29 to Friday, November 2, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

WHERE:  Garland Avenue between West Norwood Avenue and West Hooper Street

BACKGROUND:  Garland Avenue between West Norwood Avenue and West Hooper Street will be closed during construction at 2109 Garland Avenue.
