WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Monday, September 24, 9 a.m. to 4 a.m.

WHERE:  Floyd Avenue between Belmont Avenue and Sheppard Street

BACKGROUND:  Floyd Avenue between Belmont Avenue and Sheppard Street will be closed to install a sanitary sewer at 3025 Floyd Avenue.
