Lane Closure – Clarence Street

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Thursday, August 23 through Friday, August 31, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

WHERE:  Clarence Street between Herbert Street and Hill Top Drive

BACKGROUND:  There will be intermittent lane closures at Clarence Street between Herbert Street and Hill Top Drive during the installation of speed cushions.
