WHEN: Tuesday, March 13 through Monday, May 7, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
WHERE: Dock Street between 18th Street and 22nd Street
BACKGROUND: The street will be closed during removal and replacement of CSX ties on the overhead trestle.
