WHEN: Friday, November 18 through Wednesday, November 23, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
WHERE: East Broad Street between 2nd Street and 8th Street
BACKGROUND: There will be intermittent lane closures in the westbound lane of East Broad Street during installation of conduit and receptacles in the medians for holiday lights.
