Street Closure – Birch Street and West Avenue
WHO: City of Richmond Department of Public Works
WHAT: Street Closures
WHEN: Saturday, October 22 through Sunday, October 23, 6 a.m. to 3 a.m.
WHERE: The following streets will be closed:
· Birch Street between Park Avenue and West Franklin Street
· West Avenue between North Lombardy Street and Boyd Street
BACKGROUND: The aforementioned streets will be closed during the 7th Annual West Avenue Improvement Association event.
