WHAT: Street Closures
WHEN: Monday, June 20 through Friday, July 1
WHERE: North 8th Street at East Duval Street
BACKGROUND: The street will be closed during installation of underground utilities and road grading. East Duval Street will remain open.
DETOUR: Those who use the JSRCC and VCU parking garages on 8th Street can gain access to the entrances from Jackson Street.
