                           Street Closure – North 11th and East Leigh streets

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Starting at 6 p.m. on Friday, March 22 and ending at 5 a.m. on Monday, March 25
WHERE:
·         North 11th Street between East Clay and East Leigh streets (6th Council District)
·         East Leigh Street between North 10th and North 11th Streets
BACKGROUND: The area will be closed to erect a construction crane. One lane of eastbound Leigh Street will be opened at the end of each work day to allow eastbound traffic through. Motorists are urged to use caution and follow the detour signs.

                                                  Street Closure – Windsorview Drive

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Saturday, March 23 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
WHERE: Windsorview Drive at Forest Hill Avenue (4th Council District)
BACKGROUND: The area will be closed to install a storm drain across Windsorview Drive. This work is part of the ongoing Forest Hill Avenue Widening Project. Motorists are urged to use caution and follow the detour signs.

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Monday, March 18 through Thursday, March, 21 from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.
WHERE: The below areas will be impacted within the 7th Council District:
·         Dock Street between 17th and 21st streets
·         Main Street between 15th and 17th streets
·         Intersection of Cary Street and 17th Street
BACKGROUND: The area will be closed to allow CSX to perform maintenance on the railroad trestle. Motorists are urged to use caution and follow the detour signs.

WHERE: Crutchfield Street between Roanoke Street and Norcroft Drive (located in the 5th Council District)
BACKGROUND: There will be alternating lane closures to install a speed table and a splitter island. Motorists are urged to use caution and observe the traffic control signage.
