                       Lane Closure – East Broad Street 

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Starting at 7 pm Tuesday, September 11 and ending at ending at 4 pm on Friday, September 14 (This was previously announced by the Department of Public Utilities with a Monday, September 10 start date – please note the change)

WHERE: East Broad Street between College and North 12^th Street 

BACKGROUND: The northern westbound sidewalk and bus lane of East Broad Street between College and North 12^th streets will be closed to perform emergency sewer repairs at 1200 East Broad Street. The off-ramp from I-95 will be affected. Please use caution and follow the traffic signs.

WHEN:  Monday, September 24 through Friday, November 2 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

WHERE: Crutchfield Street between Roanoke Street and Norcroft Drive  

BACKGROUND: There will be intermittent lane closures in the aforementioned area to install a speed table and a splitter island. Please use caution and follow the traffic signs.

WHERE: North 7^th Street between East Broad and Canal streets  

BACKGROUND: Two travel lanes in the aforementioned area will be closed to allow a crane to work on the HVAC system at 708 East Broad Street. Please use caution and follow the traffic signs.
