WHERE:  West Broad Street between Antrim Avenue and Hamilton Street

BACKGROUND:  There will be eastbound lane closures in the aforementioned area to allow for pothole repairs near 3900 W. Broad St.

WHERE:  The project will impact the below areas:

·         Fairmont Avenue between Mechanicsville Turnpike and 25^th Street

·         Nine Mile Road between 25^th Street and I-64

BACKGROUND:  The aforementioned areas will be closed to allow for road milling and repaving.

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Friday, July 11, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

WHERE:  South Rowland Street between West Main Street and West Cary Street

BACKGROUND:  The aforementioned area will be closed to allow for replacement equipment in the drainage system.  Rowland Street will be accessible to residents.

00 Blk S. Robinson Lane Closed

An emergency sewer repair at 2512 W. Cary Street will close the northbound lane of 00 block of S. Robinson Street until 8 p.m. tonight, Wednesday, July 2, and work resumes at 9 a.m., Thursday, July 3 until completed.

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Monday, June 30, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

WHERE:  5^th Street (not the ramp) starting at Hospital Street

BACKGROUND:  The southbound travel lanes will be closed to traffic to allow for relocation of a building. State Police and VDOT will set up and maintain any detours.

Due to ongoing utility work, the project completion date has been extended to July 18.

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHERE:  Intersection of West Cary Street and McCloy Street

WHEN:  Wednesday, May 21 through Wednesday, July 18, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

BACKGROUND:  There will be alternating lane closures in the aforementioned area to allow for installation of brick crosswalks.
