Closed, No Parking for Richmond Folk Festival

The Richmond
Folk Festival, a cultural music event, will change traffic with numerous road
closures and “No Parking” zones in effect on Friday, September 27,
at 4 p.m., resulting in vehicles being towed.
The music event will close streets
including Tredegar Street and roads near Brown’s Island.
“No Parking” zones and road closures will
go into effect Friday at 4 p.m. Roads will re-open, and parking will again be
permitted at approximately 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, September 29.
