BACKGROUND: Residential traffic calming improvements will be made at
the intersection, including construction of landscaped concrete medians and additional
pavement markings. Motorists are urged to use caution in the construction zone.

The
City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is one of only 146 accredited
