Starting the week of
Wednesday, Dec. 3, weather permitting, the Department of Public Utilities will
be making drainage repairs on E. Leigh St., east of the intersection with St.
James St.
During construction, E.
Leigh will be closed to through traffic from St. James to 1st.
Detours will reroute eastbound traffic to W. Marshall and westbound traffic to
E. Clay.
