The Richmond Police Department will be closing the following streets for Sunday’s Love Rox Half Marathon, 10K & 5 K races. Parking on some streets along the race route is also prohibited. Signs have been posted and towing will begin at 6:00 a.m. Sunday unless otherwise marked as 4:00 a.m.

9:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.

2^nd Street between E. Main and Spring Streets

8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

7^th Street between E. Clay and E. Main Streets
Riverside Drive between W. 20^th Street and Railroad Avenue
E. Main Street between N. 2^nd and N. 7^th Streets

4:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

E. Clay Street between 8^th and 7^th Streets
N. 8^th Street between Jackson and E. Clay Streets

No Parking - Towing Enforced

Gas Main Work on Forest Hill Avenue

The Department of Public Utilities is installing a 12 inch natural gas main on Forest Hill Avenue between Bland Street and Dundee and Semmes Avenue. All eastbound traffic is being detoured from Forest Hill to Roanoke Street, then to Crutchfield Street, Dundee Street, and back to Semmes and Forest Hill.

The work will be performed Monday-Friday, 9a.m. to 4 p.m., weather permitting and is expected to be completed by approximately Feb. 20.

Ramp Closure – Manchester Bridge

WHO: City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT: Ramp Closure

WHERE: Manchester Bridge northbound on-ramp between 7^th Street and Semmes Avenue

WHEN: Thursday, February 12 to Friday, February 27, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

BACKGROUND: The northbound travel lanes in the aforementioned area will be closed to allow for bridge repairs. Detour signs will be posted.
